Bone Spurs
Bone spurs, also known as osteophytes, are bony projections that develop along the edges of bones, often in joints. Typically caused by arthritis or joint damage, bone spurs can cause pain and restrict movement. They most commonly occur in the spine, hips, knees, shoulders, and feet.
