Chalazion
A chalazion is a benign, painless lump or swelling that forms on the eyelid due to a blocked meibomian gland. Unlike a stye, a chalazion is not typically infected and may resolve on its own. Treatment options include warm compresses, steroid injections, or surgical removal if persistent.
