Cryptosporidiosis
Cryptosporidiosis is a parasitic infection caused by Cryptosporidium, affecting the intestines. It primarily spreads through contaminated water and is marked by diarrhoea, stomach cramps, and nausea. Cryptosporidiosis can be severe in immunocompromised individuals. While generally self-limiting, maintaining good hygiene and water safety is vital to prevent Cryptosporidiosis.
