Dehydration
Dehydration occurs when the body loses more fluids than it takes in. Symptoms include thirst, dry mouth, reduced urine output, and dizziness. It can result from excessive sweating, vomiting, diarrhoea, or inadequate fluid intake. Severe dehydration requires prompt medical intervention to restore fluid balance and prevent serious health complications.
