Diabetes Insipidus
Diabetes Insipidus is a condition characterised by excessive thirst and excretion of large amounts of severely diluted urine. Unlike diabetes mellitus, it does not affect blood glucose levels. Diabetes Insipidus results from a deficiency of antidiuretic hormone or an insensitivity of the kidneys to this hormone.
