Fatty Liver Disease is a condition where excess fat builds up in liver cells. It often results from obesity, diabetes, and excessive alcohol intake. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is common, while alcoholic steatohepatitis (ASH) is severe. Treatment includes lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise, and avoiding alcohol.
