Ganglion Cyst
A ganglion cyst is a non-cancerous lump, often forming on the wrist or hand. Common in adults between 20-40 years, a ganglion cyst contains a thick, jelly-like fluid. Though typically painless, it can cause discomfort or restrict movement. Treatments include aspiration or surgical removal if problematic.
