Genital Warts

Genital warts are a common sexually transmitted infection caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). They appear as small, flesh-coloured bumps on the genital or anal area. Genital warts can be treated with topical medications or removed via surgical procedures, but the underlying HPV infection may persist. Regular screening and safe practices are recommended.
