Hepatitis A
Hepatitis A is a highly contagious liver infection caused by the hepatitis A virus. Symptoms include fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, and jaundice. The hepatitis A virus spreads through ingestion of contaminated food or water. Vaccination is the most effective prevention method for hepatitis A. The illness typically resolves within a few weeks.
