Hydrocele
A hydrocele is a fluid-filled sac surrounding the testicle, causing scrotal swelling. It is common in newborns and usually resolves without treatment by age one. In adults, it may result from injury or inflammation. While typically painless, a hydrocele requires medical evaluation to rule out underlying conditions.
