Hypogonadism
Hypogonadism refers to the diminished function of the gonads, which results in reduced production of sex hormones, such as testosterone in men and oestrogen in women. Symptoms of hypogonadism can include infertility, reduced libido, and fatigue. Diagnosis often involves hormone level tests, and treatment can include hormone replacement therapy.
