Indigestion, also known as dyspepsia, is a common condition that causes upper abdominal discomfort or pain. Symptoms typically include bloating, belching, nausea, and a feeling of fullness. Often, indigestion is triggered by eating spicy, fatty, or acidic foods. It can also be related to stress or underlying medical conditions.
