Lipoma
A Lipoma is a benign tumour composed of fatty tissue, typically soft and moveable under the skin. Lipomas are generally painless and slow-growing. They are most common in adults aged 40-60. While usually harmless, large or bothersome lipomas may require surgical removal. Diagnosis is often confirmed through physical examination.
