Lipomas
Lipomas are benign tumours composed of fat tissue and are typically found just beneath the skin. They are soft, movable, and generally painless. Lipomas can occur anywhere on the body but commonly appear on the neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, arms, and thighs. Treatment is rarely necessary unless they cause discomfort.
