Lymphedema
Lymphedema is a medical condition characterised by the accumulation of lymphatic fluid in tissues, causing swelling, primarily in the arms or legs. This chronic condition is often a result of lymph node removal or damage. Management of lymphedema includes compression garments, exercise, and specialised physiotherapy to reduce swelling and improve quality of life.
