Mastitis
Mastitis is a painful inflammation of the breast tissue, commonly caused by infection during breastfeeding. Symptoms include redness, swelling, warmth, and fever. Early treatment with antibiotics and regular milk drainage can prevent complications. Mastitis may occur in non-lactating women due to blocked ducts or breast injury. Seek medical advice for proper diagnosis.
