Phimosis
Phimosis is a medical condition where the foreskin of the penis cannot be fully retracted over the glans. Common in young boys, it usually resolves naturally. However, in adults, phimosis can cause pain and infections, requiring treatment such as topical steroids or circumcision. Proper hygiene is essential for managing phimosis.
