Pinched Nerve

A pinched nerve occurs when surrounding tissues compress a nerve, causing pain, tingling, or numbness. Compression might result from herniated discs, bone spurs, or repetitive motions. Proper diagnosis and treatment, including rest, physical therapy, or surgery, can alleviate symptoms and prevent further nerve damage from a pinched nerve.
