Polyps
Polyps are abnormal tissue growths that develop on mucous membranes such as the colon, nasal cavity, or uterus. Though often benign, some polyps can become cancerous. Regular screenings, particularly colonoscopies, are recommended to detect and remove polyps early, reducing the risk of progression to malignancy.
