Pulmonary Fibrosis
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic lung disease characterised by scarring of the lung tissue, leading to reduced oxygen supply in the bloodstream. It results in symptoms like shortness of breath and chronic dry cough. Pulmonary fibrosis progresses over time, and its cause is often unknown, termed idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
