Rectocele
A rectocele occurs when the rectum bulges into the vaginal wall due to weakened pelvic floor muscles. This condition can result from childbirth, ageing, or chronic straining. Symptoms include vaginal bulging, difficulty with bowel movements, and discomfort during intercourse. Treatment may involve pelvic floor exercises or, in severe cases, surgery.
