Sciatica
Sciatica is a medical condition characterised by pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs from the lower back down to each leg. Commonly caused by a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, sciatica can result in severe discomfort, numbness, and muscle weakness. Treatment typically includes medication, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery.
