Varicocele
Varicocele is an enlargement of veins within the scrotum, resembling varicose veins. It occurs predominantly on the left side and can impact sperm production and quality, potentially causing infertility. Varicocele often develops during puberty and can be asymptomatic or present with pain and swelling. Treatment options include surgery and embolisation.
