Dr Sinclair studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Leeds then undertook GP training in Yorkshire. He attained membership of the Royal College of General Practice in 2007. After 11 years studying it was time for a sabbatical, travelling with his wife in Asia and the Antipodes, spending time in Northern Cambodia as Medical Director with a local charity, delivering mobile primary care services and health training to remote jungle villages.|

Dr James Gill graduated from Warwick Medical School in 2010 after having completed a BSc in Animal Science at the University of Nottingham where he realised he didn’t want to be a farmer, but loved how the science and nutritional knowledge he gained could be used to benefit people.|

Dr Laura Reid graduated from the University of Leeds in 2007 and went on to attain membership of the Royal College of General Practice in 2014. Dr Reid is a GP and Menopause Specialist.|

Dr Hiren Chauhan

Dr Chauhan grew up in Birmingham and attained an Honours Degree in Medicine from the University of Birmingham in 2011, then qualified as a GP in 2016. During his training he gained experience in Palliative Care and Psychiatry alongside a broad range of other health conditions and developed an excellent traditional bedside manner.

He enjoys helping his clients to overcome emotional obstacles to live life to the full, enabling them to engage more fully in what matters most to them.|

Jared is an HCPC registered clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience in the UK and New Zealand. Jared started his career in New Zealand in 2006 and has worked in a range of settings including community and forensic mental health services, substance misuse and private practice. Jared is currently a principal clinical psychologist and manager in the NHS where he works with adults with complex mental health difficulties.|

Anna is a qualified, HCPC registered, Clinical Psychologist. She worked in the NHS for almost twenty years, helping patients to understand and cope with difficult life events, complex physical health problems, and mental health issues. Dr Aaron Brown is a GP based in York. He grew up in Leeds and moved to York in 2003 to start Medical School, after which he practised around the Yorkshire region, then moved up to Newcastle for surgical training. He returned to York to train in General Practice in 2011.|
