Bose is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner specialising in Acute Medicine with over 7 years experience in metropolitan secondary care hospitals in both England and Ireland She's passionate about improving clinical teaching and utilising creativity to develop and deliver impactful, innovative strategies.

Bose has been part of and conducted several quality improvement projects, including a sustainability project that was recognised by the CWH Trust and won the Research, Innovation and Quality Improvement Award in Summer 2023.

Bose continually conducts local and national audits with stakeholders such as NHS England, utilising the pathways in the SDEC/AEC model, which aim to reduce hospital admissions and patient length of stay. One such project that considered the effect of digitalising pathways to improve patient outcomes was awarded best project at the takeAim Acute Medical Conference 2023.

Bose graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2016, with BSc honours in General Nursing and from the University of London with a MSc in Advance Practice in Health and Social Care. During her time at university she was deputy Editor for a column in The University Times - Ireland’s best university newspaper.

In addition to English, Bose is fluent in German.
