Born and raised in Aruba Dr. Heinze pursued a medical career in the Netherlands before moving to London.
Committed to a career of humanitarian service, Dr. Heinze trained as a reconstructive plastic surgeon and she continues to work as a Doctor within the National Health Service.
Dr. Heinze is also a Credentialled Professional Coach specialising in trauma-informed empowerment at Power Selves where she applies her medical professional and humanitarian leadership experience, to support executives, individuals, groups and teams to maximise their potential with a human centred approach for greater impact and effectiveness.
Dr. Heinze is a Co-Active Training Institute Certified Coach and UNICO Executive Coach and has also completed the Quantum Endeavors® Executive Team Coaching and Onboarding & Upboarding Coaching training. She has earned the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation and is a qualified soft skills Leadership Trainer having delivered over 100 different trainings around the world.
